The introduction of hi Pando is a calculated move to fill a market gap with products that are 20-30% lower in price compared to our Tooky Premium series. This new brand allows us to attract a broader customer base, providing options that are both much affordable and consistently stable in quality.

Size Reduction: Certain products have been resized to optimize cost-efficiency. Detailed information is available in the Product Introduction Document.
Material Changes: We have utilized a combination of plywood and MDF instead of solely plywood or natural wood for specific items, maintaining quality while reducing costs.
Component Reduction: For example, the kids' kitchen set has fewer components, which helps lower production costs.
Printing Method Change: We have adopted unremovable stickers for most items requiring pattern printing, instead of the more costly heat transfer or silk printing methods.
Other Adjustments: Various minor changes have been implemented to align with our cost reduction goals, including focusing on economical packaging methods
